01.11: MILD HOME Project Meeting in Belgrade

Together for Eco green village in the region of Southeast Europe

On Tuesday and Wednesday, 29 and 30 October, the municipality of Savski venac hosted 40 partners from 7 EU countries within MILD HOME project, co funded by the EU .

The topic of the meeting was implementation of the architectural competition, which will happen in period November 2013 - February 2014. Competition will be announced in eight European cities at the same time, with the aim of finding the most creative ideas and best solutions for the construction of an Eco green village in eight European regions: Italy Veneto and Emilia Romana , city of Sofia in Bulgaria, Serbia, the city of Belgrade (Savski venac) , Hungary city Gyir in Austria region Gusing, Karas region in Romania and Greece, Thessaly region .

MILD home in Eco green village will be in harmony with environment, energy-saving, will produce energy for their own use, with significantly shorter period of construction, according to principe \\\\\\\"do it yourself\\\\\\\"!

Experts, in field of sustainable construction, connected to a Southeast Europe network of experts will produce a guide with instructions for construction Eco villages and houses. Four Municipalities will receive a feasibility study for such a settlement in their territory . This study will be the basis for negotiations with banks and other investors to build the first Eco green village in the territory of South-Eastern Europe.
