Raising awareness of policy makers and construction companies on MILD HOME investment opportunities
Promotion of executive pilot projects for the first eco Green Village based on MILD HOMEs
Development of chances for innovative components and products for the MILD HOME, thanks to the joining of SEE intellectual resources and local supply-chains, which will be the expression of the territory nearby the Eco Green Village
Diffusion, in the SEE area, of “MILD HOME Living Lab Communities”. They will join the MILD HOME platform and provide information on how putting together key actors for successful Eco Green Village stories;
Definition, at a preliminary level, of a “Code of Sustainability for the MILD HOME” in the SEE countries, taking as reference the English Code for Sustainable Homes. This example consists in an evaluation system for measuring environmental impact of buildings in England and Wales, setting new standards for energy-efficiency and sustainability (above those contained in current regulations). Currently, these are not mandatory but represent important conditions towards the limitation of environmental impact generated by the building sector. In the future, there will be documents for standardization procedures, energy and environment certifications based on the specific MILD HOME code.
